Who We Are
Our Lady of Hope Health Center is a caring community providing an Alzheimer's Special Care Center, the Christopher Center, sponsored by the Catholic Diocese of Richmond. Two memory care pavilions have been designed to accommodate a variety of needs and preferences.
With two levels of Assisted Living, residents can live as independently as they desire with a variety of convenient services The Nursing Center offers responsive intermediate and skilled care, while the Christopher Center provides a comfortable, secure environment for the memory impaired. Dining, housekeeping, transportation, and personal care assistance are available. Non-ambulatory residents are welcome. Capacity for assisted living and memory care is 87.
