Consumer Road Complaints

Henrico County Department of Public Works is set up to provide a safe and efficient road network for the movement of people and goods and to also provide a stormwater management facility that accommodates the growth of the county's development. Off-street parking is provided, and the program is accessible by bus and internally accessible for the handicapped.

The Department of Public Works is responsible for developing, improving, and maintaining, an efficient and safe transportation and drainage network for Henrico County. The Department of Public Works is divided into 6 Divisions: Administration, Construction, Design, Environmental, Road Maintenance, and Traffic Engineering.
