Who We Are
Administers federal food & drug laws, provides inspection & consumer information, and regulatory services. Local office cooperates with state and local officials in inspection of foods and drugs that have been contaminated by floods, hurricanes, explosions, and fires, and assists in the removal of damaged or contaminated items from the market. Inspects all types of foods, drugs, cosmetics, and medical devices and radiological products.
