Palliative Care

Hospice Support Care offers non-medical assistance for individuals who are living with a life threatening illness and for those who love them. Palliative support helps the whole person: body, mind, spirit, heart and soul. Hospice or palliative support improves quality of life and offers access to care that is patient and family-centered. Those who are living with cancer, acute or chronic heart disease, pulmonary disorders or advanced neurological disorders often benefit from hospice or palliative support.

Hospice House and Support Care does not require a physician's referral for palliative care. Call the office directly to request services.
