Chase City Health & Rehab Center has staff members who have received extensive training on Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias. And we’ve developed a unique companion-style care program that works to maintain our residents’ independence for as long as possible. The secure, separate wing is designed to help give family members peace of mind, while offering the same comfortable, neighborly atmosphere as in the rest of the Center.
