VirginiaNavigator is the only public-private partnership 501c3 non-profit in the country that utilizes technology and robust community partnerships to help meet the complex needs of older adults, people with disabilities, veterans and their families and caregivers.

Our robust data-driven consumer websites educate and empower consumers via an accessible “high-tech and high-touch” approach that provides free and comprehensive one- stop resource with a specially curated resource directory and educational information and answers around a host of topics, including health care services, housing options, benefits assistance, transportation, legal and financial matters, caregiver support, and much more.

Complementing the websites, our vast network of Navigator Centers located in every city and county across Virginia, ensures we reach Virginians where they are and help as many people as possible.

Standing by our mission, VirginiaNavigator has helped Virginians find vital resources over 13 million times during the past 23+ years, connecting Virginians every day to critical community programs and services that are most helpful to them based on their unique needs and situation.

Support comes from contributions made by individuals (people like you), corporations, and foundations. All contributions are tax-deductible. Your donation is important to us and crucial for Virginians struggling to find help and resources for themselves and their family.
