The Courts

The Courts at The Woodland has one, two and deluxe two bedroom cottages with private patios, carports and an emergency call system for adults who can live independently. Other features include: off street parking, curb ramp loading zone, entrance ramp, entry assistance available, desk phone, accessible by taxi. Residents are able to maintain their independence with the added security of health care workers on campus 24 hours a day seven days a week. There is a 24-hour security office for peace of mind.

Nursing services are available, one meal per day is included in the rent; there are no move-in fees; activities are provided; residents are entitled to participate in all activities or receive services provided to Nursing Facility or Assisted Living Residents.
