This program can provide information on long term care or nursing facilities in Virginia. Virginia Health Information (VHI) provides health care data to businesses, consumers, researchers, universities, municipalities and to anyone who wants to improve opportunities for quality health care.
The Long Term Care (LTC) Guide will help you find the right care needed at the right time using descriptions of services normally available for each type of care, worksheets and checklists for you to use as a tool when selecting your long-term care provider as well as background information on laws.
The LTC Providers Directory is a companion to the LTC Guide and is a comprehensive listing of facility names, addresses, Medicaid and Medicare acceptance and basic charge information.
