Senior/Elder Care

Synergy Home Care, NorthWest Virginia, can provide non medical personal care in the home. As part of the senior care services, caregivers can assist with activities of daily living, such as assistance with dressing, hygiene, bathing, feeding, ambulation, toileting, as well as light housework, preparing meals, providing transportation and more. 

There are several Service Packages available:

Weekday Health Appointments Package allows trips to the doctor, with cargivers providing the transportation and attentive support needed during health appointments. 

Rise and Shine Package includes moring routines, showering, dressng, etc. 

Mealtime Check-in includes preparing nutritious meals, comfort support, light housework, etc.
