Who We Are
The Pony Express offers seasonal transportation along the green and red routes which cover most commerce areas of Chincoteague Island. The Pony Express route passes many motels, restaurants, shops, parks, recreational areas, ice cream parlors, and campgrounds. There are RIDE THE PONY EXPRESS signs along the route. If you do not see a Trolley Ride sign, please wave for the trolley to stop and pick you up.
The fare is 50 cents or 2 tokens per person. An exact change is required.
