Who We Are

Prince William County Office of Housing and Community Development administers the Housing Rehabilitation Program in Prince William, Manassas and Manassas Park. Services to eligible households include installation of indoor plumbing, repair and/or replacement of roof; accessibility improvements (Wheelchair ramps, kitchens, baths); energy improvements (heating systems, doors, windows, insulation; and foundation corrections.
