Independent Living, 55 and older

Heritage Oaks Retirement Community offers independent retirement living for adults 55 and better. Social activities and on-site available healthcare assistance are provided. A Chapel and a multimedia room for watching movies are also available.



The monthly fee includes 3 meals per day, weekly housekeeping, towel and or linen service with beds made,  transportation to health care appointments, and all utilities-except phone and cable.

The philosophy of care is to provide senior housing that is comfortable and secure. The tenured staff is dedicated to meeting the needs of the residents. The staff turnover is very low at an average of 9 years. Free transportation to medical appointments, the bank, and the grocery store is provided by a driver in a private car.  A full-time activities director plans several outings each month.



Danley's Care Service, a licensed home health agency, has an office in the community that is staffed 24 hours a day and can provide 24-hour assistance with bathing, dressing, undressing, medication management, laundry service, and meal delivery.
