Who We Are
Bay Aging offers personal care. Medicaid personal care in the home provides assistance with activities of daily living, including assistance with dressing, bathing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation and care for the bedridden.
Community based, long-term care provided to at-risk, frail home-bound persons to assist them in remaining at home. Home Maker and Personal Care services available.
