Who We Are
League of Mercy is a program that ministers to patients in several nursing homes. Salvation Army booklets and gift items are distributed also to each patient to cheer them up and to have fellowship. Visits are made on 3rd and 4th Wednesdays.
This is only one way The Salvation Army can use volunteers. Volunteers for this program will do a lot of walking to individual rooms throughout the nursing home. For volunteer information, please call the office.
