Who We Are
The Arbor at The Kroontje Health Care Center provides health care services for individuals with early or mid-stage Alzheimer's or dementia. Memory care is available for persons with early and middle-stage dementia; care in a secure, home-like environment. Private and deluxe semi-private rooms feature residential-style decor and residents dine in a private dining area and enjoy many other amenities. In addition to social spaces, an activity room, sun room, and porch, a secure monitored outdoor walking area is available and includes a gazebo and garden area.
Priority access to future healthcare services is available.
