Daybreak Memory Care

DayBreak, the Memory Care unit, is an 18-bedroom community offering 30 beds for residents with dementia or Alzheimer's disease.  This is a fully secured community specifically designed with our residents' needs in mind. This unique building features self-contained neighborhoods with a living room, dining room, and an outside patio. Each member of the professional staff is trained in the delivery of Memory Care programming, developed to meet the needs of cognitively impaired residents.

Staff provides assistance with the activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and grooming. A choice of private or semi-private rooms are available for residents to choose from, all on one-level living. The dining room serves nutritious home-cooked meals three times a day. Rates are all-inclusive. The activities department provides activities seven days a week. Fully accessible to persons with disabilities.
