Mental Health Programs

The Mental Health Association of Augusta provides information and referral services and community programs that encompass all aspects from mental health to mental illness.  The Association provides prevention programs and services for children and adults and makes referrals to mental health professional counselors and to support groups.

The Association promotes good mental health, improved care and treatment of persons with mental illness, improved methods and service in education, research, detection treatment and rehabilitation of persons with mental illness and the prevention of mental illness.
