Hospice Services in Hillsville

Mountain Valley Hospice services provided to persons who have been diagnosed with 6 months or less to live due to a terminal illness. We treat the physical needs of patients as well as their emotional and spiritual needs. Services are focused on improving quality of life and providing comfort and symptom management. Services are provided in the home, nursing home, or rest home facility.

Bereavement and counseling services are provided to individuals, families and the community. Coordination with other community resources is available as needed. We are an affiliate of Hugh Chatham Memorial Hospital. 24 hour service available, as well as weekend hours.
