Who We Are

The Administrative Office for the Richmond County Department of Social Services offers information about programs, services, and benefits for low-income families.  Call for information about financial and social programs for individuals and families who qualify. Call the office for information about adult protective services, food stamps, Cardinal Care Medicaid, TANF, financial assistance, and more. Provides Buckingham County residents with appropriate contacts at other agencies to meet their needs.
