Who We Are

The Administrative Office of the Winchester Department of Social Services can provide information about benefit programs and services.  The mission is to facilitate a wide variety of governmental assistance, as well as adult and child protective services, to those qualified and in need of services. Provide assistance to residents of the City of Winchester in accordance with Federal Programs such as Food Stamps, Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), Cardinal Care Medicaid, Foster Care, Adult Services, and Child Protective Services.
