Who We Are

United Way of Northern Shenandoah Valley offers Concern Hotline. Concern Hotline is a 24/7, information and referral service that also handles crisis calls.  They often serve as the first point of contact providing crisis intervention and suicide prevention for individuals in need.  Unfortunately, a crisis can affect anyone at any time. The need for emotional support or referral assistance is something most individuals encounter at some point in their lives.  Staff and volunteers are available 24/7 to listen and help individuals in need.

The United Way of Northern Shenandoah Valley publishes "The Community Services Directory." The directory is a 190-page resource book. It is free to everyone and can be obtained by visiting the United Way or a United Way Partner Agency during regular business hours.
