Who We Are
Contact Culpeper Human Services is where you apply for Cardinal Care Medicaid. Health coverage may be provided to low-income children and for some low-income adults, such as pregnant women, parents of dependent children, blind or disabled individuals, individuals under hospice care, individuals age 65 or older, or medically needy criteria.
Cardinal Care Medicaid Expansion may be able to provide health coverage for eligible low-income adults, such as single adults or parents of dependent children. Individuals between the ages of 19-64 who do not receive Medicare parts A or B, and fall under 138%of the Federal poverty level.
In Virginia, the Department of Medical Assistance Services (DMAS) is the agency that administers Cardinal Care Medicaid programs.
