Eldercare Locator

National Association of Area Agencies on Aging (N4A) administers the Eldercare Locator Program. The Eldercare Locator program provides directory assistance to locate local support and resources for the aging including home care, transportation, counseling, food preparation and protective services.

Information is available via the website which lists all Area Agencies on Aging in the US or by telephone. Callers should have county and city name or ZIP code and brief description of problem. Most of the Area Agencies on Aging offer nutritious meals and meal sites where eligible clients can meet in an atmosphere that provides socialization, education and recreation.
