Prince William County Fire and Rescue offer educational Fire and Injury Prevention programs for adults and children.   Programs range from carbon monoxide poisoning, child safety seat program, fireworks safety tips, fire safety in multi family dwellings, grill safety for apartments and condominiums, holiday fire safety tips, home hazards, kitchen oil fires, Christmas tree fires, residential sprinklers to smoke alarms and more.

Smoke Alarm Program - The Smoke Alarm program is a free prevention and educational program.  Call 703-792-7736 to request that your alarms be checked or that alarms be installed in your home. On-going programs also target high risk groups including senior citizens families with children, families in older homes (built before 1984) and families with special needs.
