Memory Care, Gardens at Fair Oaks

The Gardens at Fair Oaks (the Gardens) is licensed as a self-contained safe, secure environment for individuals with cognitive impairments due to a diagnosis of dementia who cannot recognize danger or protect their safety and welfare. 

The Gardens provides a special memory care unit on a secured floor.  Residents live in a safe, supervised environment and benefit from activities designed to stimulate social and mental abilities. Activities are provided throughout the day until 8:30 pm and are designed to enrich their quality of life, reduce anxiety, and provide mental stimulation.

Patients wear a secure guard around their ankles that sounds an alarm if they open an exit door. Dogs, cats, and canaries live on the premises.
