Who We Are
The Indoor Plumbing Rehabilitation program provides installations and renovations of indoor plumbing to homes that do not have indoor plumbing or have inoperable indoor plumbing. If your home lacks a working bathroom, or haas a failed septic system, the Indoor Plumbing program may have some help. The program offers a 10 year loan/grant program with forgivable monthly payments.
