Depression and Mental Health Counseling

The Behavioral Health Program, part of the Vernon J. Harris Medical Center, helps individuals understand the signs, symptoms, and effects of depression and provides treatment and follow-up sessions. Behavioral health includes emotional, psychological, social, and spiritual well-being.

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker provides help with issues of depression, stress management, anxiety, worry, coping skills, and communication skills.  Individual counseling and support groups are available.  The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner provides psychiatric medication management.
