Who We Are

Information, Referral, and Assistance (Elder Resources) is the first stop for individuals seeking information about services designed to support Loudoun County residents age 60 and older and their caregivers. An Aging Program Specialist will assess the caller's needs, and then link the caller to specific services. Follow-up is provided, when possible, to ensure that the needed services were received.

Additionally, referrals are made to other agencies, programs and resources. A speakers bureau on elder-related issues and agency programs is available. Resources may be mailed or emailed to callers.
