Riverside Health, Adult Day Services, Denbigh

Riverside Health, Adult Day Services provides supervised day services to adults of all ages who need supportive services and assistance with activities of daily living. Services include health monitoring and medication administration, light breakfast, lunch and snacks based on client's diet, interactive group activities such as exercises, crafts, sing-alongs, outings, and assistance with toileting, eating, transferring, and ambulation.    The capacity is 43.

Depending on client's needs, location and resources, staff will work with family to arrange transportation when possible, such as Handy Ride, P.A.A., Logicare, and more
