Who We Are

The Aging Eye and Macular Degeneration Network, a program of the Prevention of Blindness Society of Metropolitan Washington, provides information, education and support to older adults facing these vision challenges.  Resources include local share groups; physician and expert lectures; a large print monthly newsletter and monthly meetings. The Networks host events regularly in Virginia at Vinson Hall (McLean), The Virginian (Fairfax) and Beatley Central Library (Alexandria), and in D.C. at Sibley Memorial Hospital and MedStar Washington Hospital Center. Bus lines and subway stops vary, depending on the location of the event. Call for details.

To sign-up for free newsletter, call (202) 234-1010.  Visit www.youreyes.org/events to find a support group or lecture.

Bus lines and subway stops vary, depending on the location of the event.
