New River Valley Agency on Aging offers medical transportation. The Non-Emergency Medical Transportation program provides transportation to individuals 60 and older to local medical appointments. This service is also offered for those with a sensory or physical disability. Fess are determined on a sliding scale. There is no fee for persons whose income is at or below the poverty level.
