Who We Are
Special Care Hospice specializes in symptom and pain management for individuals who have a life limiting illness. Hospice works with the patient and his/her family to provide a comprehensive program of medical, psychosocial, spiritual and volunteer support, 24 hours a day.
The hospice team continues to care for the family even after the patient's death with a variety of options to help families through this most difficult time.
Special Care Hospice serves patients in their homes, assisted living and nursing facilities.
