TRIAD

Radford City Sheriff's Office participates in the TRIAD program.  The goal of TRIAD is to reduce the fear of crime and victimization among seniors by increasing awareness of scams and frauds targeting them, strengthening communication between the law enforcement and senior communities, and educating seniors on local and state resources that are available in their community.

TRIAD group meets the 2nd Wednesday of each month at the Radford Recreation Center.

A TRIAD grant may provide Guardian Alert to citizens in need.  The system allows seniors to talk directly through a pendant to a 911 emergency operator at the push of a button.
