Who We Are
Martinsville's Victim Witness Program provides assistance to victims and witnesses of crimes in Martinsville in dealing with the results of victimization. Call to learn your rights as victims under the Virginia Crime Victim and Witness Rights Act. Staff will provide information, support and referrals to programs and resources in the community to make the process of the criminal justice system as smooth as possible.
