Hyland Heights Baptist Church offers Take My Hand Ministry. Resources and referrals are available to assist those in need. The following services are available:
- Resources to help with utility bills, as long as funds are available.
- Information and referrals to shelters and housing
- Furniture, bedding and household goods when available
- Referral to agencies who help those with disabilities, home delivered meals, home health care
- Referrals and arrangements for mobility equipment for those who are disabled
- Information and guidance in looking for employment
- Referrals to support groups and crisis intervention
