Who We Are
The city of Richmond's Office of Aging & Disability Services serves seniors and individuals with disabilities in promoting independent, healthy, and safe living environments. The helpline is designed to assist older adults and persons with disabilities in their quest for services within City departments, as well as outside agencies. The Help Line can be accessed by dialing 804-646-1082.
As a follow-up to calls received through the Help Line, assessments may be accomplished by an in-home visit and applications completed. Applications can be Medicaid, Fuel Assistance, Home Repairs, real estate tax relief, and more.
