Downsizing: help in deciding what to keep; organizing items for the move; arranging for sale or donation of unneeded items; shipping items to other locations; inventory of your belongings; preparing your existing home for the real estate market.
Moving: plan the move timetable; arrange for packers and movers; supervise the move; unpack, organize, arrange and remove all moving materials; assist with change of address forms
Design Services: stage your existing home for sale; plan furnishings and develop color scheme for new home; design custom window treatments and storage systems; supervise painters and other tradesmen; hang art; full renovations for new home or for aging in place
