Who We Are
The Colonnades offers the Reminiscence Program, a special neighborhood for residents with Alzheimer’s and other memory impairments. The staff and well-designed living areas establish pleasant days, stimulate memories, and offer activities related to residents’ life experiences. Capacity for assisted living and memory care is 60.
The Colonnades is a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) providing independent and senior assisted living services, memory care, long-term nursing care, and a Rehabilitation and Recovery Program.
