Lakewood Manor, Memory Support Center

Lakewood Manor Memory Care provides a safe and secure environment for residents who are experiencing mild to moderate memory impairments or Alzheimer's disease. Residents benefit from the comforts of living in a small family-like environment, which promotes independence, encourages socialization, and maintains dignity. Staff is specially trained to work with the unique needs of the memory impaired and our staff-to-resident ratios exceed industry standards.

Lakewood Manor is a Life Plan Community (also known as a continuing care retirement community) offering residential and assisted living care to both ambulatory and non-ambulatory residents. Individuals from the community (those not living at Lakewood Manor) are admitted to the assisted living facility if space permits.
