Who We Are
The Spring Arbor Cottage of Richmond (Spring Arbor Cottage) is licensed as a self-contained safe, secure environment for individuals with cognitive impairments due to a diagnosis of dementia who cannot recognize danger or protect their safety and welfare.
Specially trained staff and structured resident interaction are blended into this program. Spring Arbor Cottage offers a residential and assisted living care facility assisting with activities of daily living, to be an extension of your family.
Care for ambulatory and non-ambulatory residents is provided. Assistance available includes access to a licensed nurse, 3 home-cooked meals, daily snacks, services of a registered dietitian, personalized care plans and wellness programs, medication administration, personal laundry, linen and housekeeping services, transportation, full time Activities Coordinator, exercise programs and 24-hour available assistance with personal care. Physical, occupational, respiratory, and speech therapies are offered by contract services.
Capacity, including non-memory care residents, is 48 residents.
