Spring Arbor Cottage of Salisbury

Spring Arbor of Salisbury  is licensed as a self-contained safe, secure environment for individuals with serious cognitive impairments due to a diagnosis of dementia who cannot recognize danger or protect their safety and welfare.  

The facility is specifically designed for residents with Alzheimer's or related dementia who need assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, eating, transportation, medication management, etc.

Each of the following services is included in the monthly rental fee:

• Licensed health professional support; 
• Three home-cooked meals with daily snacks;
• Varied menu designed by a Registered Dietician;
• Personalized care plans and wellness programs;
• Coordinate access to physical, occupational, respiratory, and speech therapies ;
• Personal laundry, linen, and housekeeping services;
• Transportation available;
• Full-Time Activities Coordinator to create a variety of events and social calendar;
• 24-hour available assistance with personal care;
• Exercise programs.

Capacity of assisted living and memory care residents is 100.
