The Garden Memory Support

The Garden Memory Support program at Riverside Healthy Living Community-Smithfield offers specialized memory care residential and assisted living care to residents. Assisted Living provides private suites for individuals who require a little assistance with activities of daily living. Residents have priority access to Riverside Convalescent Center-Smithfield if they should ever need rehabilitation services or 24-hour nursing care.
Residents at The Garden enjoy:

•     Around-the-clock staffing and emergency response system;
•     Medication administration;
•     Three nutritious meals daily, plus snacks and therapeutic diets;
•     Wellness and social programs;
•     Delivered meal service during illnesses, should they occur;
•     Housekeeping service;
•     Daily linen service including bed making;
•     Basic cable television;
•     All other utilities (except private telephone);
•     Safety features, including smoke and fire detection and sprinkler systems;
