Loudoun County Home Repair Program (LCHIP) is available countywide to elderly and/or persons with disabilities homeowners who are in need of emergency repairs and/or accessibility items.
The LCHIP for the Elderly and Disabled is available to homeowners who are at or below 50% of the Area Median Income (AMI). The program provides funds through a one time forgivable grant of up to $5000 to make emergency repairs and/or accessibility renovations to the primary residence.
