Who We Are
Brightview Woodburn, Brightview’s third senior living community in Virginia, is now open at 3450 Gallows Road in Annandale. The community features dedicated assisted living apartments and Brightview’s specialized program and environment for dementia care, known as Wellspring Village®. Wellspring Village provides residential care in a separate "neighborhood" for those seniors confronting various forms of dementia or memory impairment, including Alzheimer's disease. The "neighborhood" is designed with the resident's safety and dignity in mind; they are able to move about freely, maintaining as much independence as possible.
In addition to a personalized care plan, services at Brightview Woodburn include housekeeping, dining, transportation, and maintenance provided by a highly trained and caring staff.
The community also has a café/ bar, a beauty/ barber salon, and many other amenity spaces.
