Who We Are

Colonial Behavioral Health provides community based behavioral health, developmental disability, and substance use disorder services for individuals, couples and groups. Services include:

  • counseling
  • psychiatric evaluation
  • psychological assessment
  • case management
  • competency evaluation
  • dementia screenings and treatment
  • Medicaid Waiver services
  • veterans and military family services
  • crisis interventions.

Pathways is a new program of Colonial Behavioral Health, specifically designed to meet the behavioral health needs of older adults.
