Who We Are

Edgeworth Park at New Town offersDiscover Memory Lane, a Memory Care program and neighborhood.  This person-centered, activity-focused philosophy and continuum of care is grounded in the belief that the abilities that remain are far more important than what is lost. We capture a lasting legacy of details about each resident using reminiscence tools customized for us, then apply the insights gained from each life story to individualized programming.

24 hour monitoring, plus emergency call system in each apartment and secure outdoor courtyard are provided. Personal services include memory programming, assistance with activities of daily living, medication management, planned social events and individualized activities, in addition to regular services for assisted living.
