Cardinal Care Medicaid Waivers

Hunt Country Health Services d/b/a Hunt Country Home Care is licensed to provide Cardinal Care Medicaid Waivers services.  Services provided under Cardinal Care Medicaid Waivers are special programs offered by the state of Virginia to cover much-needed community and home-based care services as an alternative to institutionalized care.  Some waivers are Elderly or Disabled with Consumer Direction (EDCD); Developmental Disabilities (DD); and Technology Assisted (TA)

If you want to know whether your loved ones fit the criteria to qualify for one of these services, please call. Services can be provided in the individual's home and consist of medication monitoring, personal care aide services, respite care, personal emergency response system, transition coordination, and transition services.
