Who We Are
Grissom Lane Apartments is a community newly developed, designed, built and managed by Community Housing Partners (CHP). The community is for residents age 55 and older. Each cottage was built to Earthcraft Net-Zero standards, meaning each home produces as much or more energy that it uses.
Grissom Lane Apartments has four duplex cottages with each containing two apartments with two bedrooms. The apartments are designed to help facilitate aging in place for residents. Grissom Apartments is a completely smoke free development.
