Lucy Hill Services is a Medicaid waiver provider registered with the Virginia Department of Medical Assistance. Lucy Hill Services offers the services of a facilitator for the Elderly or Disabled Consumer Direction (EDCD) Cardinal Care Waiver. EDCD was merged with other waivers and became Commonwealth Coordinated Care (CCC) Plus Medicaid Waiver. EDCD offers an alternative to placing your loved one in a nursing home or assisted living facility.
As a Service Facilitator/Provider, Lucy Hill Services will explain your options and help you determine the best plan of care, submit the necessary documents and coordinate the services needed.
Other services include adult daycare referrals, assistance with finding a suitable attendant, implementing the delivery of incontinent supplies and home medical equipment, assistance with Cardinal Care Medicaid application, and more.
