Memory Care offers a home-like atmosphere with an RN to provide care coordination, and certified caregivers to help with bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility; medication management, and dementia programming. Care coordination can include finding quality physical therapists or following up with a primary care physician, organizing pill reminders, preparing special diets, renting medical equipment, schedule home health, and more.
